This Swedish Chocolate Ball debuted in Park City via the Swedish Lounge for Sundance 2018, and they stayed! Park City Desserts catered the Swedish Suess Lounge while creating something that was delicious and friendly to most diets. While typical chocolate balls have a lot of butter, Chokladbollars are hand made with coconut oil, certified GF Oats, organic turbinado sugar and all certified organic ingredients. This makes them vegan, GF, and nut-free.
