Event Details

CCPC’s Eighth annual “HIKE FOR HUNGER” raises awareness around local hunger concerns while highlighting our community’s efforts to achieve Zero Food Waste in Park City by diverting food to those in need.
This fun, family-friendly (non-competitive) event is hosted at Snow Park Lodge in Deer Valley.
NEW THIS YEAR: KIDS ARE FREE!
All children 18-and-under are welcome free of charge!
All proceeds go to support CCPC’s efforts to fight hunger! We would love for you to consider giving an additional donation to support our programs and services. Thanks in advance!
Adult admission includes:
Amazing hiking at Deer Valley
Stellar mountain biking options from Snow Park Lodge base
Delicious food (Prepared by Deer Valley, donated by Nicholas & Company)
Drinks (Beer, Wine, Non-Alcoholic Beverages)
Live music
Face painting
Kid friendly festival area
*** The event begins at 3PM. Please arrive early for check-in.
Everyone has 5 fun options
Easy Hike – .5 mile hike from the base to St Regis and back
Moderate Hike – 1.5 mile tour of the most beautiful trails surrounding St Regis and lower Deer Valley
Challenging Hike – 3.5 mile uphill tour of Deer Crest and the newer Mid Mtn Trail, option to take the lift down
Don’t want to hike? Purchase a ticket for a round-trip “joy ride” on the Silver Lake Express Chairlift.

Christian Center of Park CityCCPC is a Christian, humanitarian community resource center that helps improve the lives of people and communities through meeting immediate and basic needs, serving as a leading networker of community resources, offering counseling and care support, and by giving hope to those we serve. Focusing primarily on the population centers of Summit and Wasatch Counties, CCPC serves all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. We require no membership, dues, or compliance with our faith traditions to be served by our programs and resources. We are a 501c(3), nonprofit organization that partners with other nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, churches, interfaith councils and individuals in order to meet the needs of our community.
